To ask the Chairman of the Administration Committee when it is proposed to introduce improved large envelopes for hon. Members' mail.

§ Mr. Michael J. Martin
Approval for the inclusion of large pre-paid plastic envelopes for bulk mail in the range of stationery available to Members has been given by the Administration Committee. These envelopes are now available from the Serjeant at Arms Stores.
