Whether they have yet appointed financial advisers on the sale of the Transport Research Laboratory and, if so, whom they have appointed and with what terms of reference.

Letters of invitation to tender for the position of financial advisers on the sale of the Transport Research Laboratory were issued on 18th May 1994. Copies of the finanical advisers' brief, incorporating the terms of reference, are being placed in the Library of the House.
