To ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) what proportion of members of(a) regional health authorities, (b) district health authorities, (c) family health service authorities and (d) trust boards are known to be members of patients' organisations;

(2) what proportion of members of (a) regional health authorities, (b) district health authorities, (c) family health service authorities and (d) trust boards are also members of local authorities.
