HC Deb 26 May 1994 vol 244 c225W
Mr. Llew Smith

To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster what consideration he has given to the role of civil servants in the Office of Parliamentary Counsel in preparing amendments and new clauses for private Members' Bills.
