The United Kingdom climate change United Kingdom programme, which was published in January, sets out in full the measures aimed at meeting the convention commitment. These include measures affecting the domestic energy sector, which are expected to reduce emissions by 4 million tonnes of carbon—MtC—against projected CO2 emissions by 2000.
