When they propose to introduce the Environment Protection Agency paving Bill referred to in the Gracious Speech at the opening of this Session of Parliament.
§ The Parliamentary Under-secretary of State, Department of the Environment (The Earl of Arran)The Gracious Speech announced that paving provisions for the Environment Agency would be introduced in this Session. The Government intend to introduce a Bill shortly.
