§ Mr. David HuntWe believe that, to be successful, employee involvement must be voluntary and flexible, unlike that which would be imposed by the European Commission's draft directive on European works councils. I have today published "The Competitive Edge", a new booklet which gives examples of some of the many forms of effective employee involvement practice in the United Kingdom.
