§ Mr. BrookeI announced on 3 January that I would be reviewing the rules which restrict cross-media ownership. Officials will make recommendations to Ministers this summer. The timing of an announcement about the outcome will depend on a number of factors, including the nature of those recommendations and any legislative implications.
