To ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) what plans she has to review the use of general practitioner fundholders' savings;

(2) what plans she has to introduce new regulations for general practitioner fundholders.

Dr. Mawhinney

Ministers will be reviewing options for expanding and developing the fundholding scheme during the summer.
