§ Mr. FreemanMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State issued objectives, instructions and guidance to the Director of Passenger Rail Franchising on 22 March. Delivery of those objectives should secure an overall improvement in the quality of railway passenger services on the north Wales coast, and elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
