§ Mr. EggarProgress has been made in a number of the areas under discussion with the Norwegian Government. The negotiations to revise the Frigg treaty are complex, however, and raise difficult issues for both Governments which it will not be easy to resolve.
I do not as a result envisage that it will be possible to complete negotiations with the Norwegian Government within the foreseeable future.
