§ The Lord ChancellorTotal income from fines etc., was £264,115,000 in 1991–92, £243,844,000 in 1992–93 and £269,980,000 in 1993–94. These figures include fees and confiscation orders collected by the magistrates' courts in England and Wales, which were not identified separately before 1993–94. The total income from fines and fixed penalties only in the United Kingdom in 1993–94 was £251,176,000.
