§ Sir George YoungPlanned expenditure in the east midlands through the single regeneration budget in 1994–95 is £68 million. Under the urban programme, the east midlands was allocated £11.4 million in 1989-90, £11.5 million in 1990–91, £11.7 million in 1991–92, £11.2 million in 1992–93 and £7.5 million in 1993–94.
