(2) what asssessment she has made of the effect of changes in local authority funding on voluntary groups assisting those with HIV/AIDS.
§ Mr. SackvilleNational health service funding for HIV and AIDS increased from £214 million in 1993–94 to £225516W million in 1994–95, and local authority funding from £14.9 million to £15.4 million. Changes in allocating these funds came into effect only from 1 April. It is too soon to assess any effect that this may have on the voluntary sector.
