§ Mr. CoxTo ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department if he will list the courts, adult and juvenile, in the London area which now have screens, television equipment and pre-recorded interview facilities or other equipment for the use of child witnesses in court cases in which they are involved; and if he will make a statement.
Mr. John M. TaylorThe following courts in the London area are fitted with live television link equipment and video playback equipment for use in the presentation of evidence by child witnesses. The use of screens by child witnesses is available at all courts upon the direction of the judge.
