§ Mr. SackvilleThe Department of Health continues to support breast-feeding as the best way of feeding a baby. Spending on the promotion of breast-feeding, including grant aid to voluntary organisations, publicity, surveillance and research, reached £118,000 in 1993–94 and is expected to increase to £125,000 in 1994–95.
