Who will succeed Mr. Byatt as Director General of Water Services when his appointment ends on 31 July.

§ The Earl of Arran
The Secretaries of State for the Environment and for Wales have decided to reappoint Mr. Byatt until 30 June 1996, to enable him to complete the implementation of the outcome of his periodic review of water charge limits to apply from 1 April 1995.
