§ Mr. Douglas HoggWe enjoy friendly relations with Bulgaria and strongly support Bulgaria's political and economic reforms. President Zhelev called on the Prime Minister in March. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs visited Bulgaria in June last year. He and I look forward to receiving Foreign Minister Daskalov on 19 May.
