§ Mr. MacleanThe proposed new offence of aggravated trespass, contained in the Criminal Justice and Public Order Bill, will apply to all trespassers, including hunters, who wilfully disrupt, or seek to disrupt, a lawful activity on land. It will be possible to commit the new offence on footpaths and bridleways.
