asked Her Majesty's Government:
When they intend to make orders to bring into force the provisions of the Gas (Exempt Supplies) Act 1993.

§ The Minister of State, Department of Trade and Industry (Lord Strathclyde)
It is expected that the Commencement Order provided for in the 1993 Act, will be made before the summer Recess and will bring the Act into force in October, at the same time as the revised Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations come into force.
