§ Mr. Peter LloydNo guarantee can be given as regards the future of existing projects beyond existing commitments but the bidding guidance already covers activity of this sort. The specific aims of the budget include initiatives intended to
enhance the employment prospects, education and skills of local people, particularly the young and those at a disadvantage, and promote equality of opportunityand topromote initiatives of benefit to ethnic minorities".
