§ Sir Patrick MayhewI have today arranged for copies of Mr. John Rowe's report to be placed in the Library of the House. I welcome this independent report which will serve as a basis for Parliament to debate the annual renewal of the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1991.
I am most grateful to Mr. Rowe for his work in carrying out his review of the operation of the Act in 1993. His report will receive careful and detailed consideration.
