§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment what further steps he is taking to request information from training and enterprise councils in relation to the numbers of secondees from his Department continuing to work for the same training and enterprise councils after having applied successfully under the voluntary early retirement scheme for early retirement(a) in England and (b) in Wales.
§ Miss WiddecombeThe Permanent Secretary has written to the chairman of every training and enterprise council in England and Wales to ensure that the Department's policy on this matter is fully understood and to seek their support and co-operation in implementing that policy.
