§ Mr. JackCommunity-wide information on national support for pig producers in EC member states is not available from the European Commission. The European Commission is responsible for monitoring and approving nationals aids in all member states and has power to require the withdrawal or alteration of aids it considers to be incompatible with Community law, including the repayment of any aid paid illegally.
