To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will publish the terms of reference of the working party on investigating problems of safety in school transport; and when he expects to publish the findings of the working party.

My Department is currently considering the full technical and cost implications of fitting seat belts to all seats in new minibuses and coaches. We hope to publish the conclusions shortly.
