§ Mr. Tim SmithThis is a matter for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, but I have been advised by the chief executive that 17 Whincroft way, a ground floor flat, was extensively damaged and that two upper floor maisonettes received superficial damage. All floors above ground level are accessed by a staircase and walkway, both constructed in concrete, which also provide a means of escape.
