To ask the Lord President of the Council what facilities the Office of Parliamentary Counsel offer to hon. Members representing Opposition parties in the drafting of amendments to public Bills which were not originally drafted for the Government.

The Office of Parliamentary Counsel does not offer facilities to hon. Members except at the request of Ministers.
