The Secretary of State has asked me to reply to your Parliamentary Question about Government operated employment and training schemes. I am replying in absence of the Chief Executive.The Government has operated a large number of employment and training schemes over the period covered by your question, and it has not been possible to assemble all the information required for the reply in the normal timescale.
