§ Mr. NorrisNo. Continuous licences for operators of goods and public service vehicles would remove unnecessary bureaucratic procedures from the licensing systems and should remain part of the Bill. The proposal was debated at length during the Standing Committee's consideration of the Bill and the House will have the opportunity for further discussion on this topic during the remainder of the Bill's passage.
