Friend the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and I will consider all representations made to us during consultation on the Milk Marketing Board's scheme of re-organisation. We will make our decision on whether or not to approve the scheme as quickly as our responsibilities under the Agriculture Act 1993 allow. I am not aware of any reason why vesting should be delayed beyond 1 November 1994.
