Letter from Derek Lewis to Mr. Doug Hoyle, dated 5 May 1994: The Home Secretary has asked me to reply to your recent Question about staffing levels at Camp Hill prison. There are no plans to reduce overall staffing levels at Camp Hill but the governor is considering replacing some prison officers posts with prison auxiliaries.
