To ask the Attorney-General in what form statistics are collected by the Crown Prosecution Service relating to the prosecution of drivers for(a) drink driving offences, (b) other offences and (c) offences causing death.

The Crown Prosecution Service maintains no central records relating to the prosecution of drivers in respect of specific offences. Details are recorded on individual case files.

Offence-based figures are available in the "Criminal Statistics England and Wales" published by the Home Office.
