§ Mr. AtkinsShropshire county council granted a waste disposal licence under part I of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 to Vitalscheme Ltd. on 28 February 1994. That Act and regulations made under it prescribe the procedures to be followed in granting such licences. Further information on the licence may be obtained from Shropshire county council.
