Mr. Watson

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many vacancies currently exist for speech and language therapists in the national health service in Scotland; what was the average length of time taken, over the past 12 months, to fill vacancies; and what assessment he has made of whether these vacancies are the result of a shortfall of appropriately qualified personnel.
