§ Mr. SackvilleI am pleased to report that the national health services estates management and health building agency—NHS Estates—has had a successful year as an executive agency of this Department. I have agreed the agency's 1994–95 annual business plan, and have placed in the Library copies of its key tasks and targets for 1994–95.
