To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects the Latham report to be published.

Sir Michael Latham's final report of the joint Government/industry review of procurement and contracting arrangements in the United Kingdom construction industry will be published on Monday 18 July this year. Copies of the report will be placed in the House Library. Publication of the report will be followed by a conference organised by the industry groups involved in the review on Monday 25 July 1994 at the Queen Elizabeth II conference centre.
