§ Mr. Gwilym JonesThe monitoring station at Frederick street, Cardiff is part of the Government's enhanced urban air quality monitoring network. This was established to provide information on levels of urban air pollution to which large numbers of people are exposed and, hence, does not necessarily involve kerbside monitoring.
