To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many drivers of motor vehicles have been charged with culpable homicide in the last 20 years for which information is available; how many such charges have proceeded to trial; and how many convictions have resulted.

The information requested is not available. However, I understand that there are very few such prosecutions—no more than one or two per year on average.
