To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will place in the Library a copy of his reply to Mr. David Griffiths, board member of the Health Promotion Authority for Wales, and Mr. Griffith's letter to him of 29 January 1994 in relation to improving financial controls and management procedures in the authority; and if he will make a statement.
