What was the value of the Social Fund at 1988 prices per person registered unemployed (a) in 1988–89, (b) in 1991–92 and (c) in 1992–93.

It should be noted that the Social Fund provides help to a wide range of people, mainly those receiving Income Support, not just unemployed people.
