§ Dr. MawhinneyThe external finance limit for national health service trusts in England will be increased by £10,993,000 for 1993.94 from £319,013,000 to £330,006,000, reflecting the take up of agreed end year flexibility entitlement. This will be charged to the reserve and therefore will not add to the planned total of public expenditure.
