Mr. Lennox-Boyd

My right hon. Friend the Prime Minister and my right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary discussed human rights in India with the Indian Prime Minister during his visit to Britain earlier this month. The main focus of the discussion on human rights was, however, Kashmir.
