To ask the Secretary of State for Wales when he will publish his proposals to restructure health authorities in Wales.

I have today written to Welsh Members enclosing a copy of a consultation paper which I have published, setting out a range of proposals, including my preferred option. I have also arranged for copies to be placed in the Library of the House. Comments on the proposals have been invited from a wide range of interested bodies.
