§ Mr. Llew Smith
To ask the President of the Board of Trade if he will place in the Library a copy of the draft work programme on trade and the environment, recently agreed in Geneva, for the general agreement on tariffs and trade and World Trade Organisation meeting in Marrakesh.

§ Mr. Heseltine
I have today placed a copy of the draft ministerial decision on trade and environment in the Library of the House.
