§ Mr. HowardThe following new provisions to combat money laundering are being brought into force on 1 April by means of Commencement Order No. 6: sections 18–19, 26, 32, 48, 50–51, 77 and 79. Section 77 implements schedule 4 of the Act and section 79 relevant consequential amendments in schedule 5.
