To ask the President of the Board of Trade what is the time scale for completion of negotiations on the aerospace part of the GATT negotiations postponed from December 1993.

Members of the GATT civil aircraft committee reached an agreement on 14 December 1993 that negotiations on a new GATT agreement on trade in civil aircraft would continue for a further year, ending in December 1994.
