To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will list the dates on which aid and trade provision offers in principle were made to the Governments of countries overseas in each year since 1986.

§ Mr. Lennox-Boyd
The dates of all ATP offers are not held centrally and could be provided only at disproportionate cost. A list of successful ATP projects on which offers have been accepted by developing country Governments has been placed in the Libraries of the House. This list is based on the dates when the formal Government-to-Government agreements or exchanges were signed; this is the operative date for project commencement.
