§ Mr. BoswellThe Education Act 1962 restricts mandatory awards to full-time courses leading to a first degree or comparable qualification, or to the DipHE or HND, and to courses for the initial training of teachers. We have no present plans to expand the scope of mandatory awards to include postgraduate law, or other, courses.
