§ Mr. Michael ForsythIn the period April 1993—March 1994, the Employment Department let 20 management consultancy contracts which had been drawn up by its business consultants lead buying unit to a value of £212,300. Information on contracts drawn up by the Department could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
