To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what representations he has made to the United States Justice Department regarding the extradition of Mr. Ian Smalley from the United States.

None. The offences for which Mr. Smalley is wanted in the United Kingdom are not covered by the US-UK extradition treaty of 1972.
